Kristen backed out of our deposit and agreement after I inquired about his personality. We were hoping to hear more about the kind of cat he is to better prepare ourselves and our family. I told her I've felt left in the dark and she responded by saying I was ridiculous and needy and that all I was searching for was more personal attention. She went on to tell me she had hundreds of texts asking for her kittens and that they wouldn't ask questions.
We're making a $2000 commitment not to mention adding a new life to our family and she couldn't even answer simple questions for me. She continued on over text completely bashing me. She luckily refunded our deposit and I'm thankful for that being that she is completely unprofessional I'm pretty surprised she did that. Her website clearly states that it's important to her to fit the right personalities of the cat with the right personalities of the family but she never asked us a single question about our family or answered my questions about him.
She backed out two weeks before pick up after having the deposit for 5 weeks. I've read other reviews of people with sick kittens and other unnecessary deposit refunds! BUYER BEWARE SHE IS A FRAUD AND HER CATS ARENT HEALTHY!

Seems off that you would be checking rip-off reports so you could argue them when they weren’t your experience. This isn’t about you Karen.

Well the text messages are right there, great that you had a good experience but clearly not everyone did. There are multiple ripoff reviews about her. She runs a shady business with ill cats, bad practices, and she’s incredibly unprofessional.

I came across this and I have to say this is completely false of this business. I have personally done business with Kristen and these statements are nothing to her character and how she runs her business. I was referred to her business for breeding and she was great in communication from the moment I inquired. She allowed me to come into her home to see my kitten and gave me updates as she was able, being a busy breeder giving the kittens high quality care.
As a someone that has worked in caring for several animals it takes ALOT of your time to ensure they live in a clean environment to not affect their health, make sure they are fed and have proper enrichment. My husband and myself couldn’t even tell she had cats when we came to her home that’s how clean it is. She sent me pictures of our kitten and they weren’t just phone pictures they were high quality professional pictures. She takes high pride in what she does and it shows.
We have a wonderful hairless family member thanks to her that my son with autism loves. I’m sorry that you feel you were ripped off but looking at this as a customer myself she has to make sure her babies are going to good homes and make sure that she does her job I don’t think anything was intentional. I’m sorry that you think your experience was so negative but I promise Kristen is one of the best.
