On November 18, 2016 I ordered a floating clown fish from Facebook page. They charged me and received 35.96 out of my account and to this day, January 21, 2017 I have NOT received my order. I have tried to call the company and its always a recording that states their mailbox is full. Please help me to get my money back, as I am on disability and cannot afford to be ripped off. Thank you in advance Sheri D
