Scoresense Scoresense.com refuses to refund me for unauthorized charges Dallas Texas

I signed up for scoresense.com back in February and the website went down before I finished my transaction and I never receieved a confirmation email therefore I never knew that I had a membership. I am embarrassed to say that I do not look at my credit card statements every month therefore I know this is partially my fault and I should have caught these charges sooner.

I did not receive any correspondence from them until 8/29, 7 months after I originally tried to sign up. Which is when I realized that I had the membership. I called to cancel and request a refund and they only would refund me the current month charges. Not only would they not refund me for the other months but they double dipped and charged me 2 times in March and August. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they said that corporate makes all the decisions and they do not have phones, therefore all correspondence has to be made by email. 

I have sent two emails and have not received a response. After reading the other reviews and noticing that there are 371 other complaints on this site alone, I realize that I will not be getting my money back. I can't believe I did not do my research first before attempting to sign up with them and hope that other people do not make my same mistake, They are a fraudulent company that needs to be shut down.

I will also be submitting complaints to the BBB and FTC. Hopefully if enough of us do this they will go out of business.
