After reading all the compliants against ScoreSense I see that I am one of many.  They charged me for many months before I caught it.  I never wanted their service.  I've received a partial refund but have to keep going back to fight for the whole thing.  They tell me on the phone they will put in for all charges and they don't. 

This is an unethical company that needs to be closed.

Score sense scam

After just finding out after 9 months I call them and they offered to refund the $. I call a 2nd time after getting an email that all not approved for a refund. I pretended interested in their service. I asked him if someone were to take $ from my credit card w/o my conset would they notify me. "Oh yes" he said. I then said "Well you have been doing it since Jan  and why wasn't I notified?" He didn't know what to say.

With all and every transaction I always get an email confirmation on here but not from them. They know what they're doing.

I have called your customer service number.  Quite a few times as a matter of fact, but yes, I will be calling again and again if that's what it takes.  Give me a name to call.  

 

I have received a partial refund but not all.  I never signed up for a $30/month credit screen and want a full refund.
