This company is comprised of a few guys who will enter into a partnership type of venture with you, for real estate projects, and then steal the money you put in on your end through unethical and a premeditated structure that will leave you with no options.  I put $4700 up towards rehabilitation and down payment for a home we were working on together.  After weeks and weeks of attempting to get my money back, and even continuing to make the deal try to work, they were adimant on keeping the funds I put into the project. 

After my money was used to fix up the property, they sold it, and kept all of the proceeds of the sale.  Originally I was supposed to see at 50% profit share in addition to the original amount i put in ($4700).  These guys are sharks.  They do not care about preserving business relationships, and they are out to make sure they can get as much of your money as they can.  After attempting for weeks to resolve this with them, I am now taking the route of voicing the situation, along with contacting the appropriate agencies to investigate their practices, and the theft of my money by them.
