Today the judge wouldnt allow documents sent from a NYS agency to be entered into evidence because a lawyer says he doesnt know if the paper is legit and the judge wouldnt read it as it had a good basis to have the case awarded in my favor then allowed the crispy a*s Posner to steer the court in your direction with the judge as a willing participant and dont think its not gonna appear that way too as it was all recorded via the microphones...

I stated to the Judge you jerkoffs werent a registered repair shop and shouldnt of been doing business because you werent essential but you can see the judge already had everything carefully orchestrated from the time that was picked for the trial to the timing of the expert witness that testified on your behalf on a matter that arose 2 years after we did business and had no bearing to what I wrote on the paper when I started the lawsuit so the Judge is criminally liable too...

I first made a complaint to Letitia James Office ;-you idiots;- and she referred me to the DMV Bureau of Investigative services by forwarding my complaint to them and they found out you guys werent a NYS Registered repair shop...Those documents are legal and the judge should of read them but she didnt and let you guys railroad me so it shows clearly that I was set up and discriminated against for representing myself........

I mention it here a lil about adding the engine damage to the suit if possible and you idiots go and call Mr Bob Buehler from way out of RIGHT FIELD to get him to testify against me....LOL...Wrong move ...As Bob stated for the judge that at no time we did business did I mention you idiots to him....LOL

I'll even mention about how a month before my engine was dynoed I asked for TALL VALVECOVERS w/Breathers and I have an email as proof!!..What did I get Vinny!!!!!!!

Then theres the matter about the bellhousing check you said your guy did and my email to you asking you to review the specs that the seller of the TKO600 Transmission kit wanted. A kit I paid $5 grand for and that you needed to print and fill out page 10 for my warranty plus I also supplied RobbMC offset dowels in .007 and .021 for adjustments".You told the BBB that the specs of the bellhousing was industry standard of .010" yet the transmission I bought for my warranty it states that minimal runout is .005"!!! Its clearly written in the manual in BLUE INK!!..

I was charged $125.00 for that service and when I got the flywhel back it was still wrapped up brand new so what flywheel did your guy with 35yrs in the industry use Vinny?He's supposed to use my shimplate too and the shimplate had ZERO witness marks of ever being installed!!!

Then while doing the bellhousing check myself it was revealed that my ValveTrainGeometry was off and there was a wicked angle on the pushrod that was pushing on the valve.Upon inspection using a dial indicator found that my VTG wa off by .100" when Shafiroff Racing took my Comp Cams Roller Tip rockers and throw them in the box and charge me $600 for Comp Cams Magnum roller rockers , 7/16" studs and 8,250" pushrods that werent even installed correctly and the guideplates on 4 cylinders were also installed crookedly..

I should of stopped right there and tore the whole thing down and checked clearances of the pistons in the bores,ring gaps,bearing gaps because Shafiroff never did and never stated the oil viscosity I should run either based off of lifter bore clearances as the bottomend was totally standard size with a brand new stroker crank and even those clearances werent checked either...

First things to go with-in 1000 miles were those crappy roller rockers made for racing and not pumpgas street vehicles..After a 40 mile run they sounded like a sewing machine and I have a flattappet HYDRAULIC CAMSHAFT and it sounded like I had a SOLID MECHANICAL CAM!

Then came on the bottomend piston slap that made it sound like there was a shift ring broke in my transmission so I paid $400.00 to have it shipped to Tennessee and opened up only to be told they found Zero wrong with the transmission....It was actually piston slap transferring through the transmission up the stickshift!!!!!!!!!!

Before the engine even hit 2k miles I thought the piston slap was valvetrain noise from a collapse lifter and there was a suspect lifter but not one to cause the racket like my engine suddenly turned into a diesel engine overnight..It was piston slap!!!!!!!

Reason why is because Scott Shafiroff Racing Engines doesnt know the difference between a 2618 and a 4032 alloy piston as my pistons were made of a hardly expanding high silicone content 4032 alloy pistons and my cylinders were bored and finish honed for 2618 pistons that expand as they heat up to fill the clearance so the piston doesnt seize in the bore...........They also dont know how to chamfer the cylinder bottoms prior to boing/honing either!

Those edges on those cylinder bottoms are so sharp they shredded the piston skirts along wih pistons slapping in the bores too! A 45yr veteran forgot how to chamfer?...Maybe he has alzheimers or maybe its his way to stick it to the Ford guys....!

Theres many many many more things I could point out like the timing chain cover being wrong for an EFI engine and you guys using a 4pc oilpan gasket when the block was an 87 and needed a 1pc oilpan gasket and that because you idiots dont know the difference between the years and gaskets needed started a leak at the oilpan at the main bearing too..

As you can see I took the heads apart and put the springs leepers and locks in...I also got some shaft mounted roller rockers too.....I guess those Comp Cams Roller rockers you put in my engine without my ok were cheaper than the lash caps I bought to make the stamped steel roller tip rocker arms work in my engine....Now you guys are gonna pay for my upgrade....LOL

I dropped off my destroyed engine block that was totally bored/honed and assembled totally wrong last Monday Vinny Bidano and got it back yesterday. This is what a properly prepped Ford Smallblock looks like!!!

Not only did they bore and hone it but they used " TORQUE PLATES WHEN THEY DID IT!!!!!!!!!" Wheres the extra charge for torque plates on my build from you non-engine rebuilders at Shifty Shaftiroffs?

I know why there aren't any charges..!!.;- , It's because you guys didnt even use torque plates on my engine as torque plates take time to setup the right way and also when checking ring endgaps it makes the task alot harder with the extra 1 1/2 - 2" of torque plate to reach through to accomplish the task....

You guys didnt chamfer the bottoms of my cylinders either...They were so sharp they chewed my pistons up...

This is how you jokers perpped my block and heres a picture of how a properly prepped block looks....Look how the bottoms of the cylinders are SOFTENED Vinny!!!!!!!!!

This is how you do a block for a stroker kit the RIGHT WAY Vinny and Scott Shafiroff !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As you can see I went with Clevite Main bearings and you can see the slight radius on the cylinder bases......You guys aint no better than Podunk Larry the backyard mechanic........Larrys better..........LOL

And guess what Vinny......?......I also got new .040" oversize pistons w/rings etc and put the pistons on the rods last night using Spirolocks then I put the rings...The whole process took 3 hours and I did it in my livingroom while watching TV....LOL and yes Vinny dumbazz I got all the ring splits oriented in the right positions on the pistons....LOL

I also had to pay to have my stroker crank rebalanced as you guys used SRP professional brand pistons that were 397grams and the company now has issues producing 399 gram .040" oversize pistons for me due to the Ukrainian /Russian conflict which would of saved me time and you guys money because guess whos gonna pay for this in the end Vinny......Thats right..;- you and Scott...LOL..

A week ago the next night after I dropped off my engine block which was Tuesday 3/22/2022 I decided to do the process to mt Edelbrock E-Street heads that the employees of your sham company didnt even do but charged me for the service... I disassembled the heads cleaned up the valves then putting the springs I paid for with my camshaft kit along with the new retainers and 7 degree locks...Plus I checked spring pressures and spring heights..That whole process took me 6 hours . 3 hours per head.

I also treated myself to some shaft mounted self aligning rocker arms.........Dont worry Vinny you and Shifty Shaftiroff will be paying for them too when I start my Civil suit but don't they look perty.............LOL

Heres a picture of the stamped steel roller tip rocker arms that you guys said wouldnt work....Add lash caps and they worked great until my gasoline engine started sounding like a diesel..........

Also too note Vinny Budano it all costed me $2100.00 in total to re-do things the right way between machineshop work and buying new .040" oversize pistons and rings and thats in a different timeframe where prices are alot higher now due to the Ukranian /Russian conflict but guess what Its not even going to take 4 weeks to re-do...LOL

Oh and when you see the bill dont worry about the tax Vinny...I used the business on this one and filled out a tax form......LOL

I asked the guy at ACE Crankshaft where I got my machine work done how much he would of charged me to prep my Ford 351 Windsor block to be made into a 408 Windsor w/ 4"stroker kit neutral balance 10.5:1 compression assembled and dynoed and he said he would of charged me $4100.00 back then at that time and it would of taken them only 2 weeks too !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!..He said to do the same process now is only $400.00 more...

As you can see from the pictures Vinny and the dates on them Im not blowing smoke like you guys do....Im gonna build this engine every night after work in way less than 12weeks and lesser than 4 weeks too....

So today I went down to the courts and I filed for a Trial DeNovo...Let Mr Posner know my representative is mailing the envelopes today and tomorrow I will be finalizing the deal at the courthouse.

It seems you guys cant even get a block bored and finish honed the right way either. The clearance of the bores arent the correct clearances for my 4032 Aluminum Alloy Pistons. Pistons that have a high silicon content. Ones that dont expand like cast or 2618 alloy pistons do and you guys also didnt chamfer the bottoms of my cylinder skirts...Look at the pictures Vinny...The pictures dont lie like you do.

Theyre actually clearanced for the 2618 Alloy pistons.....Watch video and watch how much the piston rocks in the bore...It's quite disgusting getting service like this from a 45year veteran in the industry but then again you guys been dabbling in Ford only a few short years....

Maybe you guys will want to hang up the idea and go into hiding.

Another thing is you put your lies on record with the court and I have the transcript of the court minutes and I must say the lady got you spot on...LOL

Today Feb 7,2022 I went to small claims court against Scott Shafiroff/Vinny Budano.It was quite eventful aswell as eyeopening for them...LOL..I bet you guys think you won...I had to find a way for you dolts to make your lies concrete before I sprung the trap...I cant take all the applause..My lawyer helped...LOL

Before we begun the arbitrator said: "Everyone who isnt a lawyer raise your right hands and we all raised our right hands and swore to tell the truth. Well the last part about telling the truth is whats really funny but Ill let it build itself up first before I say why...LOL

Today Scott Shafiroff's and Vinny Budanos lawyer got schooled. A lawyer that looked older than dirt who  doesnt even know the difference between what a Small Claims Case versing what a Commercial Small Claims Case is.....Commercial small claims is business making suit against another business....Im not a business so I filed 100% right......LOL

Then Scott and Vinnys lawyer made a motion stating that Im also sueing individuals of a company and that motion your old n crispy lawyer wasted his time on got thrown out based on the fact that Scott Shafiroff is registered as a new race engine assembler and seller and registered to build and sell NEW ENGINES ONLY!!!.

His business doesnt have a DBA for the rebuild shop and shouldnt be offering rebuild services to the public at all rebuilding engines that have been worn out due to being raced/run prior.

New engine sales ONLY!!..I left that tidbit out so you dolts couldnt apply and make it legit before we got to court..Tell me Vinny ...How'd I do?..It was funny watching you try to act like a tough guy..We will see how tough you look next time we meet....LOL

Then Vinny produced a fake final receipt that reflected sales tax and told the arbitrator another bold-faced lie saying he told me to come pick my final invoice up in a few days yet if you look at the "EMAIL" written by Vinny Budano on Sept 17,2020 it says that " He's gonna swap the intake and "FINALIZE MY BILL" and I can pick the engine also my "FINAL BILL" up on Monday Afternoon.

The keywords in that email are "Finalize YOUR Bill" & "When you pick up the engine Monday afternoon so that email proves the receipt I have is the actual and final bill because Vinny has nothing with my signature on any bills to prove otherwise either....LOL

Contracts for work provided and final invoices need to be SIGNED VINNY!!!!!!!!!!!!

I cant wait to get the decision and if I somehow miraculously lose the decision Im definately going to appeal.I might even sue the arbitrator and your old & crispy lawyer in a future lawsuit too for representing a crook and knowing it even after being told his client has no DBA the lawyer should of recused himself and left...LOL

4 days ago I received an email from Mr Scott Shafiroff himself........Boy was I shocked to say the least and very entertained to say the most. 

It seems that now Shafiroff racing Engines wants to try n make things right...Heres my reasons why its such a bad idea letting guys with over 45 years experience who phucked-up my engine every which way to sunday try n fix the problems they created due to extreme ineptness.

When theres trouble with your MickeyD's or BK order forcing you to complain and demand another chances are the preparer will give you a lil hocktooey sauce or rub the bun in some dirt to go with that replacement aswell.......

Do these guys think Im that stupid...Do they think Im gonna let them finish me off by maybe putting some cobalt shavings or loosen some rod bolts so they kick through the block?

Come'on Scott Shafiroff lets be real. If you guys would of did the right thing we would of never been here better yet heres a kick in the nuts for you Scott...Read my emails to Vinny especially where I ask for tall valvecovers w/breather holes over 1 month before the engine was ever finished or dynoed.....

Had your General Manager Vinny Budano not been so phucking lazy the valvetrain would of never been seen through the valvecovers but believe me I still would of had a huge issue with the bellhousing alignment check which wasnt done right and not done according to the transmission dealer and the specifics pertaining to their warranty. 

Now lets get to your email.....Wow did you have to think long to write that? Did you really think that Id want to sit in the same space as you and not want to say rude things about your business and the non-capabilities of your inept employees......?

Other than giving me back a fair share of my money back that you ripped me off of theres nothing else that can be done..The BBB The NY State Attorney General and the IRS are gonna put the hurt you guys then Im gonna finish it with court dates in small claims court........

When the judge sees a company with over 45 years experience cant even build a simple engine correctly and cant even fulfill the customers wants and needs or give me a courtesy call about parts etc...

Speaking of parts...When the quote was drawn up it was drawn up in pencil..There was no plan of atack written or parts in detail described with a realtime quote...Then I was told 6 grand and charged $7800...

If you guys needed my money that badly I couldve given you guys a hard luck loan because the money I was overcharged and ripped off for is gonna cost you some steep juice and possibly put you guys in bankruptcy..........

The time for meeting me in a friendly way is way over. Taking 12 weeks to build a simple engine just tells me I wasnt a priority nor was I considered a viable customer......

After buying the things needed to make my engine to suit my expectations also fix the valve geometry issues and get the engine dyno'd the right way and get real actual dyno numbers..Ill bring the new dyno sheet to court Scott...Bring the one Vinny gave me and you'll see what a real dyno sheet is supposed to look like for a low rpm high torque engine.........

As you can see your 8.250" pushrods have 3 different part #;\'s meaning all have been heat treated differently..

I took and am posting the screenshots of a few pertinent emails I sent to Vinny Budano General Manager of Shafiroff Racing.

This way anyone says without proper proof I dont have much of a leg to stand on in this case against a Professional Raceshop with over 45 years in the industry .....

Besides from being charged for a bellhousing alignment check that was nt done I was going through the boxes and I also noticed theres other parts that werent installed and was told they were.

I gave Shafiroff racing 35A Davinci Drive Bohemia NY 11716 too much credit when I stated that they replaced the valvesprings in the heads..In FACT they DID NOT change the valvesprings like I asked.

In my experience with budget heads is that things like the springs and sometimes the way the heads were setup arent optimal and to get the best bang for your buck the heads must be disassembled and checked also the valvesprings and the locks replaced so I anticipated this and bought a camshaft kit that had everything including the correct pressure valvesprings for my camshaft..

I was told the springs were changed. "VINNY BUDANO YOU'RE A LYING SACK OF SCHITT"and you're soon gonna pay for trying to give me a cactus you dumphuck..

I told you I was very adept to building engines..I also told you built my first 521 Dinosaur engine from PAW at 14yrs old azzhole.I built it I didnt just assemble it!!!!!...Heres a lil tidbit too not only was my dad in the machine shop industry but my mom was a fuselage and wiring inspector for the aerospace industry and I notice things that oridinary dumasses would never catch onto but like I said Vinny Budano General manager of Shafiroff Racing 35A Davinci Drive Bohemia NY 11716 Im a different breed of person . Check the pictures...I take pics of all the stuff I buy to gauge against the finished product. Look at the picture of the first day I unboxed the heads...Look at the color of the valvesprings....Theyre black steel.........

Now look at the pictures of the valvesprings that came in the Comp Cams camshaft kit I paid $405.00 for from Summit..If I didnt need the valvesprings I would of bought just a camshaft and lifter kit plus a cloyes double roller t-chain but I told you I didnt trust the springs in the budget heads and besides VINNY BUDANO I WAS CHARGED $2850.00 and in that service those heads should of been disassembled , verified and reassembled with the new valvesprings ,steel retainers,locks and oil seals as this is a PUMP GAS STREET ENGINE stupid a*s!!!!

Never again will I put my trust in any engine rebuilding company no matter the level or professionalism and no matter how many engines theyve built.

Just like a great athlete who was once a somebody in their lifetime they eventually lose that luster and eventually fall off then they die or they retire...This is true for everything in life although there are exceptions to the rule for this situation its entirely true.

You have a compant that until recently has built only Chevy based engines and recently started dabbling in Ford to pull in the rubes like me and really stick it to the Ford guys by not only lying to them about 4 weeks rebuild time they also build them a sub par engine thats very overpriced aswell as double priced then theres items on my bill rementioned to make what they did look like they put alot of time and effort into my engine build..............

I called Shafiroff and Vinny Budano on 6/15/2020 at around 9:30am and asked about their rebuild service how busy they were and turn around time to punch a 351w into a 408..I was told they werent very busy bring the engine down and it will be 4 weeks so I brought my Ford 351w truck engine to Shafiroff on 6/15/2020 at around 1:30pm. The engine was already missing the heads intake manifold and pushrods so it wasnt even a full engine disassembly nor did any of the older parts other than the oilpump pickup that needed to be cleaned as the rest was trash other than the block and maincaps.

I also brought a Comp Cams camshaft kit complete with springs,t-chain lifters and camshaft also Comp cams magnum rollertip rocker arms with hardened pushrods Edelbrock E-Street heads Powerbond SFI balancer neutral balance for the Scat 408 Stroker crank assembly that comes complete with crank, rods, rod and crank bearings plus an ATI Pointer.

I told Vinny Budano I wanted a windage tray installed.I did research and found the Canton 923P was the one I needed and when Vinny asked in an email I sent him the part # plus the part # of the bolts Canton rebrands as their own but I never recieved the item installed in my engine.

Then 4 weeks goes by and not a peep.I call after 6 weeks and got a we got held up on some stuff and its in process....8 weeks goes by and nothing then one day I get a picture of the engine sitting wide open in a hall saying the dyno guy is learning the software and that my engine will be dyno'd monday.

During this all Vinny Budano decided that my street friendly rollertip rockers werent a fit befitting to his eye and put them in the box and installed a $600.00 set of full race roller rocker arms that wont even last 50k miles in my engine...Then after I complain he says we built me a good engine and it made good power meanwhile when I asked the results I got "It ran well"so now that raises a question if the dyno results are really mine or are they really accurate..

Then I paid to have my bellhousing alignment checked for runout because its a requirement for my warranty on my $5k transmission. I even sent him an email stating page 10 needs to be printed and filled out too when the alignment check was done....I was told verbally that my runout was .010" and never printed the paper or put the measurements so I had to do the process myself and got a totally different number than the .010" I was told.......My bellhousing alignment was almost dead nuts perfect and my warranty states that my bellhousing would need to be adjusted with offset dowels which I also supplied but none of the actual measurements were done by Vinnys guy Charlie..........

This is where Shafiroff tries to take advantage of the seemingly stupid and unknowledgeable people because if they were theyd do it themselves right....;- Wrong!! He charged me $125 for the service my time is worth 7 times that so having someone else do the process is saving me money aswell as time but saved me squat.

Then after I was getting alignment numbers my cousin who was spinning the engine for me notices the roller isnt centered on the valvetip....He was actually looking at the crookedness in which the guideplates were installed but I noticed the rollers werent laterally on the center of the valvetip and not resting on the widest part...I did a check and my valve geometry was off my .100" which would of prematurely worn out my valveguides in the $1000.00 heads I bought for the engine...

When I brought this up to Vinny he said "We built you a really good engine".....Heres the pictures below...You be the judge...Was it worth $7800.00..?????

Speaking of $7800 and my statement about Shafiroff being a crook...Its 100% true and if you want proof look at the receipt...I left the address because I dont live there or am I associated with the address..Vinny tells me out of being sorry for taking so long he saved me a lil money on the tax so dont get antsy if I see the wrong address on the final bill...I didnt agree with what he did but the gov't didnt ever do anything nice for me so 2.75% wasnt a big deal until I added up all the charges............

The total charges les taxes comes out to the end result dollar for dollar..........Wheres the tax......?

I paid cash.........You put a spin on where that cash went and how my cash was reported to the IRS....My spin is it went into the secret company box for this weekends racing expenses!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One things for sure is I hope they have a blast because the fun definately isnt gonna last and I doubt Vinnys job will either.....LOL
