This company has made promises after promises only to destroy our dream. We were told and given our approval letter on June 27, 2012. Believing in this company, we sold our current house. After hearing several excuses regarding why we would not close on August15th we started to become very suspicious, our closing was moved to the end of August to the first of September, to the middle of September, to October 15th, and now we are homeless. This company needs to payback all the money they have taken from hard working individuals like my husband and myself. Becky Massey in Tennessee, David Barbee in Oklahoma, Linda Kirkland who claims to be the general manager, and Scott O'Neil all need to go to jail!!!! Stay away from this company, they will take your money!

Hi. I am a realtor. I have a client who just used SCS Private Funding and it is a huge scam. Please Please Please call the Georgie FBI and file a report. It will not take but 2 minutes to file it. I have gathered numerous people to call in so we can stop this and hopefully recover some of your money. They are taking advantage of innocent people and causing people to literally be homeless. Please call Georgia FBI at 404 679 9000. Along with this company, Gaylin Ware with Total Corporation, and Enrico Corpration are involved. People are using different alias and Linda Kirkland, Scott O'Neil and Scott Milbourne all know this is a scam and they are going to jail. I am following this through to the end. I refuse to see these people hurt.

In addition to the names mentioned above, don't forget Art Geiss, who is the real owner of the disaster known as SCS Private Funding. Scott O'Neil is his partner and from what we have observed, Art's puppet.
Lawsuits are in motion and we should warn as many people as possible so they are also not scammed.
