SCS Properties Steven Stair, Cheryl Stair and Robert ? Southern Ridge Apartment Complex Lie to get you to rent, not fix problems, police there everyday, dangerous place for children, discriminative Mesa, Arizona

First of all, Steve and Cheryl Stair do have rental propteries all over The Phoneix area. They are called SCS Properties and have a partial owner named Robert V I beilieve, can't get the last name. The specific property I'm talking about here is the Southern Ridge apartments in Mesa, AZ. Roach infested, garbage and trash laying all over the complex, things either don't get fixed or they wait until it is so bad, it has to be. They just paint over black mold and try to cover it up.

Not a safe environment for an adult, little alone a child(ren). They go into your apartment whenever they see your not home, but won't come when your there. Makes me wonder how many things I'm actually missing. These properties and more are not even on the assessors list of rentals in the state of AZ. Roaches are so bad, all my brand new furniture and other items ended up in the garbage because of the negligence of these slumlords.

Oh and watch your back, you try to get things fixed and have to go to other resources against them, they will retaliate against you, lock you out and throw what possessions you have left in there. My rent was paid for the month and they already had people in there before I even moved and then tried telling me they are charging me for cleaning, when I didn't even have a chance. By the way, only cleaning that needed to be done was the oven and the bathtub. Other than that, my house is spottless, minus the infestation of bugs.

That was a $200 job. I would love to clean an oven and a shower for $200. Plus, they catch you on the pet deposit. It should be refundable but they word it differently and keep it. That's $400 extra dollars they made off me, plus my rent I paid for the month and couldn't even stay there. STEVEN AND CHERYL STAIR ARE GOOD! They talk so nice until you rent from them, then you don't hear from them again until they are forced to take action. SCS Properties along with Southern Ridge has a crime rate that's ridiculous and management at the complex is racist.
