It’s true...The Devil wears Prada, and her former customers in Oregon have helped pay for it. 

Future Secret Body customers please be forewarned, the owners of Secret Body, formerly Forever Young, are lying, cunning, thieves! The employees are so convincing, they're the car salesman of med spas. They work on commission and get pushed hard by the owners to sell, sell, sell, and then get you locked into a contract. The company offers competitive pricing, long term payment plans, and bundling treatment packages for a tempting lower financial rate, but from my experience, their treatments don’t show measurable or visible results.

Please! Do not spend a penny of your money at Secret Body in Nevada.  
The company is run by the same Zemp family that scammed thousands of people out of their money in Oregon.  Please read the letter I had submitted to the owners of Secret Body, formerly Forever Young, in an attempt to cancel my contract, which they wouldn't do.

I have seen zero results from any of the treatments received at this facility. Additionally, the profound levels of stress and anxiety that I have experienced over the past eight months have been so overwhelming that I have been unable to sleep normally, which has led to a severe and long-lasting impact on my ability to function on a day-to-day basis. I have tried multiple times to cancel my contract with the Forever Young Medical Spa for the following reasons:
1.      No visible or measurable results after multiple treatments.
2.      High pressure sales tactics for service upgrades - including "offer good today only" and offering "free" treatments as an incentive to spend additional money on an upgraded package.
3.      Misinformation about what kinds of results I would see - including being told that Accent treatments were perfect for helping with those stubborn last 5 pounds of hard-to-lose fat, but then later finding out during treatment that in fact heavier people with more weight to lose tend to see better results.
4.      Misinformation regarding the treatments themselves - including the discovery after my very first treatment that all the information I was told about VShape (i.e. that VShape was not painfully and uncomfortably hot to the skin, and that I would be able to consume less water) was a complete lie. I found that I absolutely do need to drink a large quantity of water during the day (specifically twelve 8oz. glasses) and that VShape does, in fact, generate an unacceptable level of heat (particularly towards the end of each treatment site), which I discovered having involuntarily jumped or jerked away when a spot quickly became too hot, and having been burned twice.
5.      Unprofessional service levels - including having appointments that begin later (by a half hour or more) and end earlier (usually by 15 minutes) than they are supposed to, instances of Forever Young staff re-scheduling appointments without my knowledge or consent, waiting months before someone is able to take any "before" pictures of my treatment areas, and making mistakes with, and/or misrepresenting, payment arrangements and amounts.
6.      Inconsistent treatment sessions and poorly trained technicians; each visit I was seen by a different technician who performed the treatments differently, with different appointment durations.
I have written a 10-page document that substantiates my complaints above, including complete details of every one of my appointment, experiences, and phone interactions with Forever Young.
7.         On April 15 I had received an open wound that resulted in a permanent burn scar on my inner thigh due to an aggressive YAG treatment.

As of 8/1/2013, ALL Forever Young Medical Spa's have abruptly closed their companies for good. This has left thousands (if not more) paying customers without their money and no treatments. Furthermore, Forever Young continued to sell treatment packages knowing they were going to permanently close. Personally, they took $150.00 from my checking account the day after the company went out of business.
