SendJim / ServiceMoxie / Service Moxie got us into a free trial for its software. As the Covid 19 pandemic hit us, we never used its software and not even once! During this peak crisis, we still got a charge of $99.
We appealed to this company again and again, asking for a refund, as we never logged into its software, not even once.
This greedy company's CEO, Daniel Dixon, still refused.
We had to dispute the charge.
We also realized that kind of people we are dealing with: gready and heartless!
