In 2018 my twin daughters excellent swimmer with previous CPR Training took a Life Guard Certification Course through Sertified., LLC., when Owen Long Chief Executive Officer, CEO first established a foot print in his Con Artist Buisness of Certifying individuals in CPR and Life Guard Training. I lost $500.00 after a one day session that lasted less than 3 hours for my twin daughters.

I contact Owen Long and demanded a full or partial refund, he laughed in conversation and said "Non Refundable". I asked my daughters what went wrong in the training? They both felt the instructor demonstrated a lack direction and focused his interest on one student. Clearly a "One-on-One" instructor by definition. He failed both my daughters with unclear reasoning and no documentation to support.

I contacted my daughters former Aquatic Instructor. She informed me that they were posting ads throughout the York, Pennsylvania area School Districts. She also commented that Sertified., LLC shouldn't be targeting High School Students with low body weights.
