Shamrock Contracting & Consulting Services, INC This company did major damage to the inside of my home. Marietta, Ohio

Shamrock was hired by me to replace our roof due to hail/wind damage.  Harry Houser informed me that he needed to make a copy of our check, and then proceded to cash it.  It took me over a month after they cashed the check to get ahold of the company.  I was finally able to get ahold of the company and they came out 2 weeks later to start on the project.

During the project, the crew completely destroyed all of my landscaping by throwing the old shingle off of the roof onto our flowers and garden.  They drove a dump truck through my lawn and parked it sitting on our bushes. 

During the project, we had 3 days of rain in which the crew did not take proper measures in covering our roof to prevent water damage.  We have severe water damage in 3 rooms in our house.  I called Harry Houser and he insisted on seeing the damage.  Once inside my home, he cussed at me and threatened me.  I asked him to leave my house several time to which he would not.  I informed him that I would call the police if he did not exit my house, and he still refused, threatening me even more.  I had to call the police to get Harry Houser to exit my house.

During the build, the crew left an electrical cord plugged in and laying in a puddle of water, to which we had to call OSHA.

Since this has happened, Harry Houser refuses to make a claim to his insurance to repair the damage. 

At the completion of my roof, they left shingles, nails, and other debris scattered throughout my yard.

I have also found out that Harry Houser has been in trouble in the past for Insurance Fraud.  Once a crook, always a crook. 

I do not recommend using this company, and I would advise you to advise friends anf family members to do the same.
