I ordered 4 N95 face masks from LIVE TV on April 2.  I received a confirmation email, and saw that the order was online in my account.

On 4/7/20 I chatted with Shop LC for a status.  I was told I would receive the items within 5-7 days of my order date.

On 4/9/20 I contacted SHOP LC CHAT for a status. An employee told me that the order was not processed so he cancelled it and gave me a refund.  I went back and forth with him on CHAT for 1/2 hour, telling him that I wanted my order processed, not cancelled since the masks were for a life and death situation.  He did nothing to correct the situation except repeating that he cancelled my order and there was nothing he could do about it.  Due to the Covid19 circumstances and the need for these N95 masks, I became very angry and frustrated.

I called the customer service line and a lady took pity on me and claimed to fix the problem.  She placed another order for me, with free shipping, and told me I would receive the masks in 3 days.

The entire time I was on the phone with the lady, the CHAT person kept telling me that he cancelled my order and gave me a refund.  He never offered any other information or solutions.

Today is 4/13/20 and no masks have arrived.  I think Shop LC oversold and won't admit it.  During a time of national crisis, they are taking advantage of people, charging $6.99 for a $1.00 mask, and then not fulfilling the orders.

FINALLY after continuous calling and complaining the masks arrived

AUTHOR: Eileen - (United States)

POSTED: Sunday, April 26, 2020

I kept calling SHOP LC to follow up.  I think my order was pushed aside because, according to their website, they were making masks and donating them to police and hospitals.  I certainly do not object to donations, but they should not be selling to the public if individual orders are being ignored.

Finally I was on the phone with someone who claimed to have spoken directly with the warehouse to get my order packed and shipped.  The masks finally arrived on April 15.  I was grateful, but Shop LC should be more careful with individual orders for such an in demand item during an international crisis and pandemic.
