I am writing this for one of the bad hr of my career. Her name is Shweta Sharma hr and she is from Shimla, HP and right now, working with her boyfriend. His boyfriend is Avneet Singh, his campany website is https://aroundtheclockfamily.com/  & the company name shold be the same. I must say that I have never seen a hr like her (witch). She was a bullsh*t and talks bullsh*t. She fully tried to harass every employee of the company and even fired some of them after being tourchered by her.

She has no knowledge of her field and know nothing about hiring. But she is expert in one job that how to irritate a talented resource, so he/she resign from the company. Shweta sharma hr, have nothing knowledge about of management. If you will ask her solution for a problem then she will ask you back for the same. In my whole career, I have never seen a hr with a negative mind and negative thoughts. She has done nothing here except negativity, politics, and the bullsh*t talk. She always judge people with their floor activity in the company, even sometime create rumours of relations between 2 employee and circulate the same information in other employees of the company.

She calls employee to send her the daily report of work. A hr have 0 technical knowledge of the field and saying for send her the daily work report.



She creates new website of her boyfriend company and you know what, that 0% brain hr fully copied our website company and when we ask her for the same, then she ask her bf to deactive the website. Now they have closed it down but they don't know, only copying a website will not make them laeds. They have to think about the company.

Shweta Sharma hr is a fraud. Her boyfriend Avneet singh is also Fraud, as he is also with her in this. As he also tried to copy our website exactly the same. But they innocent mind don't know experience is the key to success and that hr Shweta Sharma has only exprience of negativity, bullsh*t talks. She will not be successful in her career without having knowledge of her field but yes, she can be a Garbage.
