Sierra Bay Real Estate and Development, Dengler, William III , Barcenas, Christopher Silla , Golshanara, Ted Taghi This is a fraudulent / scam company. Chris Barcenas misclassifies himself as a real estate broker, using Ted Taghi Golshanara license number. William Dengler III license has been suspended and has had numerous complaints. They are scammers.

Do not do business with Sierra Bay Real Estate and Development in Sacramento California They are not Brokers, They are not developers, They do not have any experience in development. Do not list your home with anyone at Sierra Bay Real Estate and Development in Sacramento. You will not get represented ethically.
