I contacted Signature Tax to resolve my tax debt and possibly representation in tax court.  They seemed legit and I didnt think I was dealing with a fly by night company even though they have not been in business that  long. After calming my fears about being scammed by phony tax relief companies I decided to go with them and paid there fee.

I had $4,500.00 pulled out of my bank account in less than one hour. Within 24 hours they needed $4,500.00 more to send out the complete contract. Within 72 hours they had taken another $4,500.00 from my account without my knowledge and when I called to find out what had happened, they told me that I needed to read the contract i signed it was all in there. Over the next several weeks and months  I called the company over 100 times; they either hung up, put me on hold or sent me to voice mail after voice mail.

The tone of the conversations became very hostile when I asked for informatio about my case and what was happening.  They had clearly not even attempped to do what they were expected to do and left me holding an empty account with no progress made on my state or federal tax problems. They destroyed the financial balance in my family. They not only told us we must sale our home, but we were only able to keep one automobile. They completely destroyed my entire family. We lost our house at a much lesser value. We couldn’t get two cars sold. They were repoed and we had to sale one of our business just to survive. I dislike that company more than you could ever know. They destroyed us financially as if it wasn't already bad enough.

They charged $5500 to get any kind of deal with the IRS to reduce my balance of $64000 and never answered my calls and now have my balance over that money. Nobody does anything! At best the are grossly negligant and most likely they had no intent to do anything except take as much money as they could from me.  I do not reccomend signature tax for tax relief or anything else. Signature tax is a scam if you ask me and im sure there will be plenty of customer reviews just like this one all over the internet soon.
