Simon Prestwell - UK Soccer Shop Shameful theft from uksoccershop Internet

The issue is that after 5 weeks without receiving my items, I tried to contact them asking for a status of my order. Unfortunately, they dont show any e-mail address or telephone number so they cannot be contacted. They only ask you to submit a ticket. Ive submitted several tickets without reply and after many tickets submitted I received an answer from Biju Peter saying that the delay was because they where waiting from the brand to deliver to them and asked If I wanted to choose any other item. I said I wanted my full money back and I got no reply.

I searched on the internet and this company is rated as VERY BAD and there are thousands of customers claiming that Simon Pretswel and Uksoccershop stole money from them and I just dont understand how this company is still stealing peoples money. I thought that this kind of situations only happened on underdeveloped countries, but to be happening in the UK, I dont understand... 

Please I need my money back.
