I was talked into investing $2300.00 as Simplicity Realty 1 guarenteed to lower my mortgage
P+I to an exact amount, and if that amount was not reached I would be 100% refunded the money I invested. Well needless to say, six months have gone by and nothing has been done to improve my loan. My calls and e-mails to their company are almost never returned. I need to be refunded the money I spent. I do have a signed Secure Doc Prep Corp Money Back Guarantee, but at this point I am not even able to contact anyone at their office. It seems like the company has gone under.....
Please help me get my large investment back, help me find these people and get the word out for other prospective customers, to stay away.

I was talked into investing $2300.00 as Simplicity Realty 1 guarenteed to lower my mortgage P+I to an exact amount, and if that amount was not reached I would be 100% refunded the money I invested.
