Invested $19000 in 2014. Supposedly purchased 1 hectar of farmland, to be planted with mangos. Estimated payout 17% in year 7 alone. As of now, I own nothing, they want me to pay more money to get a title, and the ROI has been less than 12% total in 7 years. Every year, they force you to sign a new management agreement, giving them a larger percent of the profits, and the investor less rights.
My hope is to prevent them from scamming someone else.

Fact: One year later the U.S. economy collapsed and the stock market crashed.
Now type in 529757 at this site and read what was posted in Consumer Comment #1 at Ripoff Report 529757. (A copy of the actual two page hand written letter was recently uploaded.) That Letter was mailed on 9/12/2007 to all of the ones listed in Consumer Comment #1 at Ripoff Report 271771. Just type in 271771 to see who they are.
Fact: One year later, In September of 2008, the stock market crashed and the Global Banking System collapsed.
Now type in 358430 and read the entire comment that was posted on August 9, 2008 at Ripoff Report 358430.
Fact: Less than 8 weeks later, on September 29, 2008, the stock market crashed and the Global Banking System melted down. Americans lost over $2 Trillion in their Retirement accounts.

Guess what? The Mainstream Media knew all of this and never alerted the American people. They never did a story about it AFTER it happened. They chose to COVER-UP and even delete information from the web.
