Bought tickets wioth travel insurance. When I tried to use the travel Insurance they refused to refund my tickets. They would only off me A credit with 2150.00 dollars in cancellation fees taken out. The credit was only with htier company. When i trie to use my credit they sold me an international ticket with mixed carriers and I was stranded in Seattle for 30 hours. The tickets are doublew what they cost if you buy direct from airlines. The trip insurance is useless, they make a big profit hoping you never use it so they can scam you. They are what is known as a milage broker, They also took all my Amex points, over 115000 points and gave them to Air Canada. I did not even book a flight with Air Canada. Do not use this company, you will be very sorry. My represenative was Inga.C. They refused to return my money or return my phone calls. They will block you if you try to call back again. Horrible company.

NOTHING has changed in the travel business! If you want to go somewhere, stay somewhere or rent a car somewhere, YOU pick up the phone and MAKE YOUR OWN RESERVATION DIRECTLY!!! YOU nor anyone else needs ANY of these third parties to make reservations for you. There are no special deals available only to them. YOU can do ANYTHING they do!!! They make their most money by the traveler having problems. The airline, hotel or whatever the reservation was placed with REFUNDS YOUR MONEY TO THEM. In turn, THEY KEEP YOUR MONEY! You see what has happened here. Next time MAKE YOUR RESERVATION DIRECTLY!!! If you would have done that, this problem would NOT exist today.
