My emails are 100% and copied from the witches emails straight here, but she still has the nerve to say I'm the liar! This lady has not heard the last of me, this will never be over!

I have attached her website as it was when I handed it over to her, mind you the original agreement was for 10-12 pages, the link you will click on is 20 pages long... Extra work that was never paid for and for some reason she thinks because the 20 page website is not perfect she can take back the entire amount paid for my time and services! COMPLETE SCAMMER, WHO MAKES YOU WORK AND NEVER PAYS! I DON'T CARE IF I WORKED FOR 1 MINUTES, I SHOULD BE PAID BECAUSE IM A HUMAN AND ITS MY RIGHT, BUT SHE STOLE THAT FROM ME!

This illustrates how sick Jose actually is...there is no "legal battle" nor is there a lawsuit just misrepresentations and slanderous untruths spewed by a deluded individual named Jose Figueroa. If there are any bits of truth in actual un doctored email correspondence you will see us asking to part ways due to Jose leaving us with a half finished mess of a website. You will also see how he demanded to be paid in full for a job he never finished and a website he left in shambles. He has not shown the ridiculous emails he sent to us on New Years Eve hacking into our account and new website, or how he redirected everything to his scam site. We simply asked for the master edit so that he had no control of the site anymore and instead he gave us a way to edit our own site but not the master. We are not web designers and we just wanted to simply cut all ties with Jose (and the mess he left us with) and then hand over the site to an actual professional web designer. Jose refused and just gave us a way to edit the site while he had the master control to edit  (or whatever it is technically called) and then he insisted we still pay him annually to host the site, even after we asked to part ways due to his incompitance. 

This will be the last post on our behalf. We simply refuse to entertain anymore of Jose's sick and twisted delusions. I strongly caution anyone who intends on doing business with this sick individual. 

In sum: Buyer beware of Jose Figueroa and jfigphotodesigns he'll take your money and leave you with a mess and if that isn't bad enough he will try to distort the truth, hack into your accounts, & website and post slanderous lies about you. 

I will place all emails shared! This lady is absolutely crazy! We agreed on a web job for about 10-12 pages! I designed a website with 20 pages on it, and the only reason it was not complete is because she was is a legal battle with the owner of SLR (Carole Lea Burns). This lady loves to fight with people as she never had a location, contact number for me to finish the website! She wanted me to keep working on her website months down the line with absolutely no extra payment at all! She must think that when you pay someone money for a job she owns them forever! The extra pages I built on her website were never paid for either, but she kept claiming I didn't do enough work. Once this got so bad, and I tried to part ways, by creating a backend portal for her to access her website she started challenging me for payment funds!

You insisted we pay you in full  for a service you never completed.
You have left our website half finished and for that you should have never been paid in full.
You are no longer in web design and were not available to help finish what you started. 
You also made it clear that you were not willing to help us and left us with a half finished site.
If you pull the entire site down we will take all of the money back, which is really what we should have done when you left it as is- unfinished.
 
Secondary to your threats I have CC'ed my attorney on this matter.

This is 100% untrue! We hired Jose Figueroa to design our business website. He took our money and left us with an unfinished website! The site was filled with mistakes not to mention a ton of spelling and grammatical errors.. and the site was 'live.' He refused to fix it! Needless to say, he left us with a huge mess and we were forced to go with an actual web design company- very reputable. Jose did us such a disservice and as if that wasn't bad enough he has hacked into our new website and he continues to post slanderous untruths about us. His harassment persist via threatening emails and for what? A job he never finished.  It boggles my mind that someone can do all of these horrible things and then post lies about it! The best part of this story is that Jose is no longer in web design, he now claims to own a sneaker cleaning company. Please beware of this disturbed individual. He will take your money and not provide services as promised.
