SLA Builder's Sean Anderson Does not Pay there Sub Contractors Zephyr Texas

I own a remodeling company I was called by Sean Anderson owner of SLA Builders and asked if I would lay Large Format Tile on shower walls, and tub surround, when we talked Sen said all the material was at the job site.

Upon arrival to the job site all material was not there, so on Memorial Day I had to run around all over the place to get the right glue to lay the LFT, then I was told that I would receive a check for 33% down of the total price on the morning I started.

My crew arrived on the Tuesday after Memorial Day at 8 am and I had to keep going to Sean Anderson asking for my check for the down payment, finally received the check in the afternoon after I stated that we would not work anymore until the check was given, was given the check and the Check was no good.

So I went to the home owner Mr Duckworth and talked to him he stated to me just turn in the invoice and I will pay it because I always pay the contractors so there is no confusion and no liens can be filed if Sean Anderson cant pay you or the checks no good.

I sent the invoice to the homeowner and he did not even pay what was owed to me and my company, they will pick a fight with you and kick you off there job site so they think they do not have to pay you, Sean Anderson has screwed over so may contractors that they are coming after him, I would highly stay away from this man and his company
