Company say's you can cancel, they still submit to your credit card even after their service is cancelled.

To everyone that is waiting on a refund for EZ Smoker, I apologize for the delay but the problem has been resolved and all refunds will be issued by the end of next week. REPEC51 LIES!, he represents SMOKE STAR/GREENSMOKE/ EZ Smoker/SMOKE51 this is what he wrote to me on April 1, 2011:
"I have spoke with the center that is handling the EZ Smoker program and they will be sending you a refund check. You can expect to receive this check within the next 2 - 3 weeks. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.Eric Crawford"
IT is 4/17/11...I am still waiting for my refund check, BUT REPEC51 says it is coming AND he doesnt lie.I will keep you all "POSTED" on the reality and we will see what the truth is...stay tuned!!

spoke to mich at customer service on 3/10/11 who confirmed receipt of my return and told me the refund of $69.95 was issued on 3/8/11 to my visa card ending in7429...and i should see it in 7-10 business days
3/23/11 spoke to travis at customer service who told me the refund should be in my bank by the end of this day and i should call back tomorrow if not and they will reissue the refund
3/30/11 spoke with andrea from customer service and told her that i still have not received my refund...she said she will "elevate" my issue to a manager with REF#00037626-0009 and i should call back in 3-5 business days to check on the status
4/1/11 GOT EMAIL FROM ERIC CRAWFORD:Hi Frank,

First of all I can tell you have not really tried to get in touch with EZ SMoker because you listed the corporate phone number for vapor corp which is the parent company of the EZ Smoker product and when you call that phone number they inform you that you need to contact the EZ Smoker customer service department at 800-983-8136. So how did you cancel if you did not even contact the place that has the ability to cancel your trial? Second when you purchase the EZ Smoker trial you call a call center where they explain to you the terms to the trial, what you will be charged and when you will be charged. So at this point it does not seem that there is anyone else to blame but yourself.

Hey Guys
Anyone ever hear of Entropay, card444, pegcard, or any of the other virtual visa card companies??? Most of these you can load with a debit card, credit card or bank account some with paypal. SHOULD I choose to try a company like Smoke 51 or Ez Smoker or any other web company I am NOT 100% sure of ...I load a virtual visa with 1.00 more than I intend to allow them access to ...charge ALL you want therer is NO MONEY there till I choose to load is...scam me??????? Noooooooooooo not gonna happen

Smoke 51, Star smoker, Vapor Corp, & Smoke anywhere usa are all the same rip off scamming company. I have been scammed by them twice, like everyone else. Do yourself a favor if you have been scammed by them. Let me tell you my situation has gone on for a month with these people. They are flat out scammers and will NOT resolve a thing at all with you!!! If everyone starts turning these people in rather than just staying the quiet victim, than these people will have to pay the penalties for what they are doing to everyone out there.
