We saw the add on line we were looking fora way bto cut down on our electric looked easy enought= forvus vto do. ordered it then couldnot download any information or vany details. We would just like to have our money back sincevwe are on limited income. It is alot of money when you are on social security. Any help would be appreciated. Tank you
