I called and asked about getting replacement parts for our gazebo Sumatra Promo we bought last year.

Didn't even get to enjoy for even a year and the metal parts snapped right off.  It would cost me almost as much for the replacement parts as it did for the original.  It is a $5 part at most why do they charge so much $200+ for each part.

We purchased this from Canada hoping it would stand up to our winters we had not alot of snow this year and when it did snow we cleared it off.  But it didn't stand up to our winds this year.  WHy does no company make something that will stand up to Minnesota weather.
