Hello George, 

As discussed the last time we sat down you had recieved an invoice that showed you still had an outstanding balance of $4,394.20 owed to Solution Roofing LLC. Once you denied paying the remaining balance I had told you that you will NOT recieve any warranty from Solution Roofing LLC nor a material manufacturer warranty due to the unpaid balance.

Any and ALL materials used at the jobsite were througholy explained in the contract with Mr. Goerge Ackles and he picked the type of slate, slate color, and was advised on and agreed to any other materials that were included on our material list.

Solution Roofing LLC has signed documents from Mr. George Ackles referencing himself spending upwards of more than $20,000 of insurance paid JOB costs money for his home repairs on vacations overseas for himself and family.

Solution Roofing LLC has signed doucments that also state Mr. George Ackles is satisified with the work completed up to the homeowners satisfaction.

This complaint comes only after a lien notice has been filed against Mr. George Ackles for the unpaid balance owed to Solution Roofing LLC for work performed and completed to the homeowners satisfaction.

Mr. George Ackles would have a full labor and manufacturer warranty paperwork from Solution Roofing LLC if there was not a balance owed of $4,394.20 that was left unpaid to us.
