Greetings, the complaint filed is very vague and gives no information in regards to the issue at hand. Sovereign Filings is an internet based company and does not have a physical location per say. From inside the work site as well as thousands of other satisfied customers i believe that maybe there was a possibility of the person who on the report is named "alex" possibly not reading what is stated in regards to services or maybe misinterpreting what they are for. Sovereign Filings does not offer any kind of legal advise or intent. Nor do they promise if you will anything in regards to what the original complaint states. We would be happy to resolve any issues this person has in an immicable way if they would have reached out to us personally and they are still more then welcome to do so.
