Spacer Experts Refused to refund a returned item Las Vegas Nevada

I ordered what I thought was two wheel spacers for my truck on 10/27/22. The next week I received 4 spacers and apparently I was charged for 4 wheel spacers. I contacted the company to return the two extra wheel spacers. They did not reply to my November 5 email stating that I had received two extra wheel spacers, and on November 11 I sent them another email saying that I had send the two extra wheel spacers back, please issue me a refund. Then started a long and painful email thread ended up with them saying they never received the return item. I returned the item to the exact address specified.  The tracking label says it was picked up at a different zip code, which they're using as an excuse not to refund me.
