I never give permission to anyone to do so I am not even know this Spk*Spokeo 18006994264 800-6994264 codes are for? and for what? and how they h SPK*SPOKEO scam fraudulante subtract money from people Bank credit card accounts . Dear customercare@spokeo.com,
I am having continuously subtractions out of my card since January up to date . I never give permission to anyone to do so I am
not even know this Spk*Spokeo 18006994264 800-6994264 codes are for? and for what? and how they have my card number? I never sign up for this whatever it is. I am in Africa continent, and this charges came by monthly 3 to 4 times out of my account in Rand our currency and its heavy amount that I do not have because my card is in arrears. Please stop immediately with this fraud  You ever you are stop this subtractions immediately, this scammers and illegally operate, I don't know what email you using at all.

This is fraud that you do to innocent humans. How do I get my money refund ?It's over $ 300 now. Please help to stop it (scamme), I need written letter or  written email that SPK*SPOKEO /BILLGUARD will cancel this subtractions from my credit card with immediately effect. I DO NOT ever know for what reason this was for? not even know any password? or email? was use to try to cancel this fraudulent subtraction.  Requested a resolution?   Thank you, your help will be high appreciated.

Some info for you...

Spokeo is a "people search platform". That is, you put in name, email, etc. and Spokeo is supposed to give you information on that person. Although I think the website said the info they give is from public records. So basically they charge for info you can get for free. It's apperently  subscription service. From their website:

7. Payment Policy

a) Spokeo maintains a Payment Policy regarding all payments made to Spokeo in connection with premium subscriptions. This policy can be accessed at spokeo.com/payment-policy, and is incorporated herein by reference.

In other words, they'll charge you each month until you cancel per ther policy. The numbers after their name from your bank record is supposed to be the company phone number to contact them. 18006994264 would be 1-800-699-4264. Hope this helps you cancel and stop getting charged.

You might want to try to find out how they got your card number. I'd suggest cancelling your card and getting a replacement with a completely different number so they can no longer access your account.
