Chief Judge Daltan

Is clearly not in the best interest of any child,He should be removed for his continuance of placing children in harms way i hope everyone ask for a judiciary inquire and review in to his outrageous rulings.
i am the grandmother of a child clearly abandoned by his mother ,sometime later she signs him over to me not once 3 times to include in front of Judge Daltan.she does not have a home ,nor does she keep a steady job,and she has allowed him to be abused over and over again in visitation.(locked outside in the dark,burned,hit)
our latest injustice done by Judge Daltan is on july 21rst 2010 another hearing was scheduled for my grandson, but on july 20th his grandfather,my sons father and my ex died suddenly.i notified the other party child's biologically mom, the g.a.l and my attorney that we had been contacted to report to the coroners to identify/claim his body.
While in coroners office i received a call he denied our request for a continuance but had them all take a break,The coroner asked to talk to them.Upon returning back in the courtroom Judge Daltan even refused for my attorneys request for a telephonic hearing.
Her attorney mr clide o"leary lied and said we were lying about his death and his client said we were faking.
well visits were ordered by Judge Daltan and the order stated mr o"leary would be present from 10-5 well what a joke he sent out letters saying he only had to be there for the exchange .i called him and read the order to him ,well the visit happened the child was scared and hes ordering his client just grab him he observed a whole three minutes what a joke.we have had two gal that say the child should not be removed from his safe stabile life to include his own doctor.Judge Daltan denies them the right to do their jobs.
Chief Judge Daltan should be removed everyone should write our Governor,senators ,judiciary committee  and Save Children From Abuse .
