On or about March 01, 2017 I was basically solicited by a friend of Talarisha Morrison about a Zulu Ball ticket and hotel package . I was emailed a marketing advertisement about it.  At the time it seemed legitimate to me . A few questions arose about if  Ms. Morrison is authorized to market and sale Zulu ball tickets.  So about a week and a half ago Ms Morrison friend alerted me that she had not even yet obtained anything that she had sold to me and was not authorized to do so  .\She was not and this was verified in phone and person by Zulu Club Finance Officier . I alerted Ms. Morrison of my findings , she never once provided any proof such as hotel confirmation or Zulu Ball table number to ease my mind . After a few emails back and forth Ms Morrison agreed to pay me refund of 1231.00$ by end of week . Then On Friday November 24, 2017 I sent email communication about my refund and Ms. Morrison said her attorney would be sending a cease and desist letter . I still have not received. Everytime I get something from my attorney it is one day Fed Ex. She didnt wait to receive my payment . Almost, a week later and no update about my money . Now I also find out that Ms. Morrison is not even registered to conduct business in the State of Texas. Guess she is a tax evader too . smh . Also filed complaint with Texas State Attorney General's office . People work hard for their money to be played with and no evern provided with no type of service.  NO service was rendered . I want my money come hell or high water. Trust my wrath wil be felt.

Hello Ripoff Report!

This rebuttal is in response to Calandra Anderson complaint #12330363. Star Class Travel is a travel agency that offers group or individual travel to exclusive events around the world. We also offer trips and packages on a convenient and affordable payment plan. Calandra Anderson was referred to my agency by Sabrina Heim back in February 2017.  Sabrina informed Calandra of who I was and what my agency offers. Calandra was looking for accommodations for Mardi Gras 2017.  She was sent information on the packages we offered and was well aware of the process and how our payment plan packages works.  On February 28, 2017, Calandra completed our deposit

registration form to register for our 2018 Mardi Gras package.  When she registered it stated all the details of the package and our policies regarding this trip.  In order to submit the form you have to agree to Star Class Travel Refund and Cancellation Policy, Release of Liability, Hold Harmless and Image Release Policy and our Policies and General Information Policy. After she agreed to the terms and conditions of the trip her form was submitted. Once the form is submitted the customer get a copy and we get a copy. On her and our copy under Event Information it states: (Please save this ticket as payment for your records. This ticket cannot be used as your hotel confirmation or get you

into any events during Mardi Gras. Once your package has been paid in Full, you will receive a final invoice and confirmation letter from Star Class Travel with details. Thank you for choosing Star Class Travel for your Travel needs!) Once we got a copy of the form and reviewed it we then sent an invoice to Calandra on March 1, 2017 to make her deposit in the amount of $200.  The invoice she received list all the details of her package well as the total which was $2,110 for two people.  It also has the deposit/monthly payment schedule that she agreed to along with our policies and general information regarding this trip.  Mrs. Anderson was well aware of everything upfront

regarding her package and how our process works with special events and our payment plan option.  Also, we have never advertised out agency as an affiliate of the Mardi Gras organization or the Zulu Ball organization. On March 23, 2017, Mrs. Anderson completed another registration form to make a monthly payment for two people. Each time she registered she has to sign off on our terms and conditions for this package as well as our policies.  On March 27, 2017, we sent her an invoice in the amount of $200.  That invoice was paid on April 19, 2017.  On June 20, 017 Mrs. Anderson complete our registration for her package to make her monthly payment for June.  This invoice was sent to

her on June 29, 2017 in the amount of $200.  For Mrs. Anderson August monthly payment we did not receive a registration form.  On August 18, 2017 an invoice was sent to Mrs. Anderson to make her monthly payment for August. We do this sometimes because we know this happen and we will do it as a courtesy. But each monthly the client is responsible for completing the form to make their monthly payment.  It also says it on their invoice under our (Policies & General Information: Please adhere to the Monthly Payment Schedule. Monthly payments must be made to secure your reservation. It’s important that you stay within the payment deadlines. Star Class Travel does

no send out monthly notifications before due dates. You are responsible for making monthly payment on time.) This invoice was paid on September 1, 2017.  For her October payment we didn’t receive a registration form to make her monthly payment. Mrs. Anderson informed us she sent an email to make her payment but we didn’t receive it. Later I discovered it was accidently deleted by one of my agents. I apologized to her regarding this incident but did inform her in the future do not send payments this way. She also wanted to know her balance as of October 23, 2017 it was $1,110.  As you can see Mrs. Anderson had made 5 payment in the amount of $1,000. Not including the taxes and

fees. On November 8, 2017 I was informed that Mrs. Calandra told a few people in the Zulu Coronation Ball 2018 group that I had availability regarding the Zulu Ball.  A few people from the group reach out to me. I informed them I did not have any tables.  Sabrina Heim even contacted me stating that Mrs. Anderson told a few people in the group that she got her Mardi Gras package through me and for them to contact me. At this point Mrs. Anderson was sending other potential clients our way.  I called Mrs. Anderson on November 8, 2017 but I she did not answer. I left her a message as well as sent her an email to give me a call.  Mrs. Anderson called me back later and I ask her about the

post. She said some people were looking for Hotel Accommodations and Zulu Ball tickets. I stated to her that we do not have tickets for sale and no longer have availability at our table.  However, I told her if they would like hotel accommodations or information on other events happening during Mardi Gras we can assist. I informed her again on how the process works and that after she is paid in Full she will receive all her information regarding the package she purchased.  On November 21, 2017 at 1:41pm stating that she spoke with someone from the Zulu organization and they stated that no one is authorized to sell tickets and that I should issue her a refund.  I emailed Mr. Anderson back

stating to her that I was confused on what she was asking because she was well aware of the process and that we were not selling tickets she was going to be sitting at our table which was included in her package.  I also informed her that she was not even paying for her package.  She still have $1,110 left to pay.  And one she PAID IN FULL she will received all her confirmation and etc. I also mentioned that our policy stated that payments were nonrefundable and she agreed to the terms of this package when she registered and every time she made a payment.  She then emails me back again stating that she spoke with a Zulu member and they told her I should not be selling tickets and

to give her a refund.  She also stated that she didn’t get any information about her room.  Amber Cashio is my contact at The Holiday Inn Superdome in New Orleans. She has proof that my agency has a contract with their Hotel. She stated you can call her if you would like to verify my contract on file. She can be reached at (504) 586-0149.  Also, as of November 21, 2018, Mrs. Anderson had not finishing paying her package. She has an agreement with Star Class Travel not the Hotel or the Zulu organization. When she finished paying her package she would have received her confirmation and the other items offered in her package. Again, she was well aware of the process but all of

sudden she don’t feel comfortable. I reached out to my lawyer and responded back to her email stating that I will reach out to my contact with our table for the Ball and respond back to her with an update. She then replied being hostile at this point.  She stated the Zulu organization advised her to press charges against my agency. She also state where we the table number when she was aware that we will be purchasing the table when they are released in December. Also, she stated she was a Vodoo Priestess. I’m not sure what that meant but I took that as a threat.  While I was waiting to hear back from my lawyer I replied and told her I will issue her a refund by the end of the

week.  I then call and left a message with the Zulu Organization.  I even tried calling Mrs. Anderson but she blocked me from her phone. I finally heard back from my Lawyer on November 21 and we discussed what was going on. We decided to send Mrs. Anderson a cease and desist letter for her to sign before a refund was issued because she was making false accusations on Facebook and stating that my company was fraudulent. She was firing off on Facebook saying nasty things so I was just trying to keep the peace regarding the situation. So you know this was a few days before Thanksgiving. On November 23, 2017, Thanksgiving Day she sends me a request through Cash App to refund

her the amount she has paid. I emailed her back stating that my Lawyer will be sending her a cease and desist letter to sign then the funds will be refunded.  She then responded back with her address and stated her attorney will look over the letter.  Before we can get the letter to her on Wednesday she had already filed a complaint with your website. We were in the process of sending her the letter.  My Lawyer was in court two days straight out of town. She didn’t even give us time to get it out to her. The following morning on November 30, 2017 my Lawyer sent her the letter certified. During this time I end up doing a little research.  Come to find out on November 21 Mrs. Anderson

was soliciting people to pay her to get a table to purchase for the Zulu Ball. Remind you the table have not gone on sale as she stated to me but she’s not posting on Facebook she had an issue with the ticket thing and that she will be buying her own table. Hmmmm…. At this point I begin to think Mrs. Anderson raised a fit about my beginning fraudulent because she wanted to do her own thing. She had an agreement with Star Class Travel and when she finished paying her package she would have received her items. The tables for the Zulu Ball to purchase was going to go on sale December 5. I understand if she paid and full and she didn’t receive her items she will then have a valid

reason to request a refund or be upset. Also, on November 22, 2017 created her own Facebook Zulu Ball page advertising she’s getting a table and soliciting people to purchase a ticket at her table. Again, tables don’t go on sale until December 5, 2017 but she doing the same thing my company offer but call me a rip off. She is evening using the same picture I had on my registration page for clients to register. She contacted the Zulu organization and did not tell them the full story of what was going on. Today, December 2, 2017, I

spoke with Carl Sylvas the Finance Officer with the Zulu Organization.  He stated he remember talking with someone regarding a table she purchased through my company.  After I explained the situation with Mr. Sylvas he stated I did not do anything wrong and that Travel agents and other people get together all the time and purchased a table for the Ball. You can go to their Facebook group here and see people soliciting others to send them money so they can buy a table and the tables are not even released yet for purchase https://www.facebook.com/groups/324123071311837/.  He also mentioned that he never stated to her to press charges on me.  He told her that her issue was between her

and my agency.  He stated that she never mentioned or explained to him the entire situation. I told him how she’s soliciting people to get a table with her and he even she’s doing what your company is doing so how is that Fraud.  Mr. Sylvas can be reached at (504) 827-1661 if you would like to speak with him regarding this situation.  To sum this up, Star Class Travel is a reputable travel agency. We have been in business for seven years. We always make it clear to our clients on what they are purchasing in their packages and how our payment plan options work. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and providing the best experience possible to our clients. Unfortunately, Mrs

. Anderson did not give us that opportunity. She has an outstanding balance with us in the amount of $1110.  Mrs. Anderson made false accusations against my agency and my brand because she had another agent for Mardi Gras. When doing business if there’s a contract or agreement involved for both parties you cannot breach the agreement because you now want to do your own thing.  For your viewing I have attached Mrs. Anderson’s registration form she completed with when registering for this package. Please see the yellow highlighted area that has all the terms and conditions along with our company refund policy that she agreed to.  Attached are her invoices she paid with details

of her package along with the monthly payment dates and or policy and general information. I have attached a screenshot of the Zulu Coronation Ball 2018 Facebook page were several people are soliciting others to purchase a table for the ball. I also, attached the screen shots of Mrs. Anderson post on November 21, 2017 stating she decided to get her own table and she’s looking for people to purchase seats at her table and the Facebook Page she set up the day after emailing me for a refund to get others to get with her for Mardi Gras and other information.  I have attached a copy of the email conversation between Mrs. Anderson and myself and my contract that I have with the

Hotel.  At this point I am working with my Lawyer on the next steps we will take.  She has already damage my company’s name by spreading false information and she has breach her contact agreement as well.

First of all , yes at first when I thought Ms Morrison's  business was legit I did refer to one or two people on group. Ms. Morrison  got all nervous then like I was doing something wrong. That was first red flag. Second red flag was when Ms. Morrison's  friend Sabrina Heim advised me that she did not have table nor hotel . She advised me this via telephone & fb messenger.  Ms. Morrison says I got hostile. When did I get hostile??  I never spoke to you over phone or in person . How can you measure hostility via email???  Guess being hostile is advising you that I am Voodoo Priestess and I collect all debts owed one way or another. 

When I first asked you about refund , you came with no hotel confirmation nor a table number to reassure me that this was legit . I spoke to Zulu finance officer and I advised him on entire situation . He did advise you were not authorized to market and sell tickets and to press charges . Whatever he told you he said or did not say is irrelevant . As far as breach of contract. Star Class Travel is not even a legal entity in the State of Texas. You collected 1,231.00 just from me without paying taxes. Star Class Travel's state tax account was revoked by the State of Texas for tax liens/ debts. Secondly , you agreed to refund . Then when I sent out communication for an update .

Ms Morrison  said your attorney would send something out. I am the next state over and still waiting .  Ms. Morrison is really salty but she does not run or rule me . I believe she has lost touch with reality . This whole ordeal has nothing to do with me wanting to do my own thing . I can do that regardless. I would have just not finished paying on package. The ordeal is more complex than that . Ms. Morrison got caught doing bad business and does not want to own up to it. Now she is playing with attorney to buy time because she does not have the funds. But I am not the one . I have sued major coroporations and won . I have clients that have sued major corporations and won . 

Instead of worrying about what I have on Facebook Ms Morrison needs to get her business together because it would take days to even make a payment or get a hold to anyone . That should have been my cue to exit months ago . Second, instead of worried about what I am doing on Facebook  she needs to get with the State of Texas and make her business legal .  What brand ??? This business is not legal . There is not even a working website.  If Ms. Morrison has attorney retained why is she even replying to this??? I was never even advised of attorney's information . If attorney is retained I should be in communication with attorney .  Ms. Morrison is almost out of time to come up with my refund because I will be in Houston filing criminal charges.
