Our services as a Consulting Firm is to connect qualified clients with projects that are suitable to our investors and meet their qualifications for funding.  We facilitate hundreds of millions of dollars on behalf of our clientele every year.  When we accept a client for funding, we guarantee that our investors will offer to fund. Without that offer, we shall provide a refund. Our services requires paid for staff that have to meticulously assemble the financial package as specified by the investment group.  If we fail to interest our investor, we guarantee the refund.  Onve our investor(s) accept the client's project by direct agreement with said client in a MOU agreement, our guarantee has been satisfied.  Should the investor and his group decline for any reason during his due diligence or KYC to fund the project, that is between the client and the investor.  As consultants, we cannot be responsible once the client has engaged the investors directly.  We represent the best interests of our clients and protect the interests of all parties.  Unfortunately not every project is revealed as it is presented and not every client is satisfactory.  Our only job is to package and we do not weigh in on the accuracy or integrity of what the client presents.  Our satisfied clients over the past 10 years speak to our integrity and results but sometimes what is yellow, waddles, and has a beak is a duck after all.
