stauer customer service lied about re-embursement burnsville Minnesota

I returned a defective ring for full refund as told to do so by a Stauer agent and I have NOT been refunded one single cent as of yet! I mailed it back and paid for it myself, only to be lied to! If you are going to consider doing any kind of a product purchase through Stauer, I advise you to read this FIRST before you purchase anything and reconsider!

Every item under $500 comes with a return "smart label" that will track the item to the correct account, once received it is about a 2 week process to get refunded as this is a small company that services the US, Canada, Hawaaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam and Austraila. If you 'mailed and paid" for return shipping yourself, it's likely they had no idea whose account to credit, and you just delayed the process...
