I attended numerous classes at Equinox on the upper east side (Eat 74th) where Stephanie Levinson teaches different classes. During the classes Stephanie Levinson became agressive in pushing the participants to their limits.  On the equinox site Stephanie Levinson  states: "You can always do more than you think you can".

This is Levinson's stated mission to push you beyond your limits. Well, I guess she pushed me beyond my limits. As a middle age female, I can say that you need to be careful and prudent in this type of class which Stephanie Levinson is not. She pushed me way beyond my limits and I suffered exhaustion, torn muscles, and other severe and crippling injuries.
