Steven Nemec is a CONVICTED FELON.  His convictions include impersonation of law enforcement officials, false arrest and many others.  He is operating a company with proper license or good intent.  His only goal is to find as much personal information as possible for use in various con schemes.  He is a very skilled at graft.
