I made an online puchase order for a part on 6-5-10 for $260. I waited for 2 wks until I called and spoke to Steve(one of the owners of all people ) only to recieve rude customer service telling me the tracking # and nothing else. I tried to track it no luck. Called owner again 2 days later told the part was delivered to the wrong address and to go see if they had it. Frustrated and seeing as it was a close address i did and fontunately it was a nice old woman who sent it back. Finally the part arrives on 7-6-10, is not the correct part. I called to request a refund being fed up at this point and I am forced to pay shipping chareges for a second time because they made an error. The owner was very rude ,condensending and insulting implying I cant read and comprehend they're obsurd shipping policies because i cant comprehend why I should have to pay shipping again for theyre mistake. Thats when i lost my cool and we started arguing. He refused me a refund and actually called me names using profanity.He actually called me a D*CK. Very unprofessional. Forced to pay return shipping and reluctant I will get anything back I'm forced to so I'm not stuck with the wrong part.I shipped via FEDEX on 7-26-10 and Steve signed for it on the 7-28-10. Waited a few days and emailed 8-5-10 to to avoid another ugly verbal confrontation and much to my suprise he did respond saying he would check on it. Still no part. E-mail him again on 8-10-10 to request a refund or my correct part. Again a response saying it should be shipped today. Still waiting for my part. This is almost criminal activity now in my opinion because he basically has stolen $260 from me. Not suprised at all to see so many complaints against them. ... NOT TO MENTION.. THE PART I FIRST RECIEVED WAS NOT ONLY THE WRONG PART.. BUT A DAMAGED/REFURBISHED AFTERMARKET PART... NO FACTORY #'S .. GARBAGE... FILED COMPLAINTS WITH BBB AND CONSUMER AFFAIRS... STILL AWAITING A RESOLUTION.... DONT GET SCREWED LIKE I DID. THIS GUY IS A REAL P.O.S.
