Sulthar Properties LLC Provided false information over email and phone Euless Texas

I contacted Sulthar Properties shortly after I graduated from college and obtained a position at a new company. I told Regina Jackson in an email that my credit was not that great after losing my job roughly 5 years ago. She callled me on the phone about 10 minutes later and stated that they weren't worried about credit so much as they were evicitons within the last 5 years.

A week later I submitted the application for myself, my wife, and my mother who is getting to a point to where she cant live by herself anymore. After paying $130 in application fees and sending all the documentation to them they told me no because they believedthat I was related to my last landlord which I wasn't. Freinds yes but not related by any blood or marriage. They sent me a letter stating that the reason for my rejection was because of my credit. My credit score is 613 and while its not that great I have seen alot worse and on my credit report you can clearly see that all the bad stuff was in 2009 and not anything recent.

If you contact them or they contact you do not believe anything they say on the phone. If you have anything in your past on the credit report dont bother contacting them.
