Summit Lending Corp. Scamed me out of $2000.00 Boca Raton, Florida

I paid Summit Lending Corp. $2000.00 to get me a loan modification on my home loan with Litton Loan Services.  I paid this company back in April 2009 and my husband and I signed a contract with a money back guarantee in the event that the loan modification was declined.  Since Summit Lending Corp. never finished working on my modification I feel like they have scamed me and owe me my money back.  I sent them all the information that was asked for.  They to this date (02/10/2010) have not done my modification.  I have spoke to about 10 different people with Summit Lending Corp. and they start to work on it but never finished it.  The last person that I spoke with that was helping me kept talking to me up until the middle of January 2010 and then never called me back.  I called her personal cell phone number that she had called me from at one time and she hung up on me. 

Then my daughter called her from her cell phone and the lady answered and told my daughter that she had quit the company due to she was not getting paid.  I have tried contacting the company again and everytime I call it goes to a voice mail but I can't leave a message, it saids that the voice mail box is full.  I have tried calling all the numbers that I have on this company and can not get anywhere.  I have even emailed them and still no response.  My home has been almost foreclosed on several times.  I have had sales dates on my home but I finally called my mortgage company and I am trying to work with them to do a modification with me.  This has stopped the foreclosure and sale date for now.  My husband and I signed a contract with the money back guarantee and we should be able to get somthing done to get our money back. They never finished working on the modification for my mortgage to agree or decline on the modification.
