Sarah Hook who owns sunny aupairs is such a rude and unprofessional agent! 

She matched me with her own family and she pushed me to leave the day after graduating college and I tried telling her it would be best if she found another Au Pair that could come sooner. Still, she wanted me as her Au Pair and said she would give me 2 weeks after my graduation to say goodbye to family and whatnot.

In the meantime she was extremely pushy about my passport and visa. I paid an extra $60 to expedite my passport and $15 to same day ship it. I also had to miss work to drive 10 hours round trip to go get my Visa on the day she wanted me to. Then when I told her it would take 2 weeks, she was like "um can you call the USA and ask them to do it faster?" HA very funny. 

She also asked me to "practice ironing" because it was really important. 

Anyways, I felt in my gut that this family would not be a good fit for me so I found a new family within a week and let her know as soon as I committed to the new family. 

Sarah Hook emailed me FIVE times even after I asked her to stop. She tried so hard to make me feel guilty. An Au Pair service should be sensitive to the Au Pairs AND the host families and work out the best fit for both parties! Traveling the world as a young women is scary. CHOOSE AN AGENCY THAT TREATS YOU FAIRLY!! AND INTERVIEW WITH MANY FAMILILES BEFORE MAKING A DECISION! She seriously threated to call the government to get my VISA cancelled just because I didn't want to live her family!!!!!!!

This Sarah Hook lady also told me in another email that I "mess with peoples lives" and went on to try to make me feel guilty that she cancelled a Europe trip (that I was completely unaware of and was not my fault at all). 

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING (((competitor's name redacted))), I found so many great families on there. :)

I am so sorry and I know that this may inconvenience you, but I think that you should take the lady who would commit 12 months. I really cant do that for you and I realized that I didn't have a chance to interview with other families and areas of Australia. I really think it is the best decision that I am not your Au Pair. I'm sorry again and I wish you luck finding somebody! It was lovely to meet your family.

I am terribly disappointed about your comment after waiting for you all this time, in fact we cancelled some holidays in Europe we had at the end of June as you said you could come in May, I really do not understand why you have changed your mind last minute, when you even have a flight

I really need you to call me by skype and explain me why are you doing all this to me, I think I do not deserve this, you are letting me down ,

You said you had taken the decision to accept coming with us and 1 week after you do this to me?

I am very sad you have made me loose all this time, for your  information it will take me several weeks to find someone else and then I will have to wait for her to come to Australia, is not as easy as you think that they can start next day as you think

I am really so upset you have done this , I did not give you any reason

I did not have another family. I felt extremely uneasy about the situation so I went and found another family that wanted the same start date. I did not chose your family because you tried to make me feel guilty about not being able to come sooner, when I paid $100 extra and drove 10 hours round trip just to get my passport. Also you are VERY PUSHY and I felt rushed. And you wanted me to work 6 days a week. And I wanted to live with an authentic Australian family. I let you know as soon as possible after I found a new family instead of not telling you at all. The way you are talking to me is extremely rude and unprofessional for someone who owns their own business. I will be leaving a negative review online. I would recommend not anybody doing business with you. You do not care about how to the Au Pair feels when she is the traveling to another country, paying a lot of money for tickets and passport, etc. They should feel comfortable and not rushed. Please do not respond to this email, I am not a life ruiner, I was protecting myself and I should NOT be criticized for that. Thank you.

You are so rude, and lyer, I am calling right now Immigration and tell them about this, and the way you lie to people you are an scam !! so  I will ask them to cancel your visa
