Sunny Day LLC Filed untrue information about our move from the property Mayfield Heights Ohio

when myself and my family moved to this property the landlord requested that each member of the family sign the lease. after living at this address for two years. we had a dispute about how many times he and another individual had entered the property he then alleged that we had barred him enttrance and asked us to move. there was a court hearing in the city court and an agreement was reached between ourselves and the owner and we moved voluntarily. there was never an eviction filed or granted by the court. the landlord is putting false information on our (myself, my wife, my daughter,and son's) credit report.
