My dog did not feel good I took her to " Sunst Eastern Animal Hospital " they charged me almost $200 for exam and drugs the next day she did not improve. I took her back they asked to complete exam and running several test and hospitalising her over night, so I paid another $350 at 6 pm same day. I got a phone message that they were leaving the office and will be back in 14 hours next day at 8 am .
Next morning they call me that my dog was dying ?? " Sunst Eastern Animal Hospital "
I am a doctor of molecular genetics and microbiologist i am far more educated than a average vetenerian.
Then they sent me a bill for $350 I asked for detail invoice , I spotted several procedures I did not authorize or was notified of and I also asked for detail minute to minute exact treatments drugs and dosages in invoice. I observed that they did not property administer drugs or nutrients cuz she was not eating 3 days.Iinstead they pumped her aith some drugs even and anti vomiting drug when she was toxicated and was losing kidney function. I saw no means of giving nutrition to a dog starving for 3 days .
HOW CAN U REVIVE KIDNEY FUNCTION WITH OUT PROPER NUTRITION?
I asked several times for detail explainartion they never provided.
I refused to pay the $350 as my $2400 havanesse died.
NOW THEY ARE sending me collection notices.
THEY ARE INCOMPETENT and money hungry " Sunst Eastern Animal Hospital "
