Suntrust Van Lines Rude and very unprofessional - held items hostage. items were damaged and stolen Miami Florida

We decided on Suntrust after they were very persuasive against other companies and for themselves. They came very late to our pickup and their drivers were very rude. We tried to cancel our move after reading further into them but they threatened us in keeping our belongings until we paid. They came more than a week late for the delivery where the drivers demanded more money and which included necessary items for our business. Upon inspection of the boxes some were crushed and ripped and some were missing very valuable items. They do not return our calls and were very unprofessional once they had our money. Would never recommend, dirty business practices.
