Supergobuy Took my order, took my money and never sent me the merchandise

I ordered clothes from this company in August, not realizing they were based in China. I had contacted them numerous times when I didn't receive my order. They kept giving me excuses to be patient, items were out of stock , then shipping was delayed. When they finally gave me a tracking number, it tracked to the us customs and was there for a week, then to pa. Now it won't track at all. They won't communicate with me. I asked for my money back since I believe they scammed me. I have not gotten any response, I am very disappointed.
