Ed Lopez listed a car on ebay claiming in his description the car being built by a famous hot rod builder. Before bidding on it Ed promised to provide documentation on the vehicle. Placed deposit on the vehicle and asked for documentation. Made up numerous excuses and never provided. Refused to refund deposit.

I then called the Hot Rod shop he claimed who built the car. They reviewed the pictures and vin I provided and confirmed that they did not build the car.
