I purchased an amplifier from Mike's Electronics. Which is a So Called dealer of Synergy Mobile Audio.. and I received a damaged product.  I then sent the amp into the authorized repair center (Amp Medics) as told to do so from the companies owner Kurt.  I then had to pay shipping for that amp via post office of $40..  After waiting 2 weeks, The repair company informed me that the amp was faulty from the factory. And would take no time to fix. They then shipped me the amp.  The amp was now missing a screw and still did not work. I again contacted Amp medics and explained the issue.  He explained how shipping can cause this or that or it can be this or that.  I then shipped the amp back to Amp Medics using his shipping label..  After a week or so he sent me a video of the Amp working and said there wasnt a problem.. I then spoke to the owner of Synergy (Kurt) and told him i didnt believe Amp Medics and wanted Amp Medics to ship the amp to him so he could test.  He agreed.. As of writing this its been 2 weeks and Kurt has yet to receive the Amp.  Kurt also stated that he would ship me another new amp by the 27th because of all these delays.  Now Kurt has changed his story and said he has to wait on Amp Medics.

 I have had nothing but run around from the repair company and the Amp seller.    this is provable via fb messenger  Now the owner of the company has told me he wants to just keep the amp and give me a refund. 
However I also stated I paid for shipping of the amp for warranty work  so he is stating that theres no refund for warranty work.. However this was not a warranty issue. This was a faulty amplifier from his manufacturer.. And i have proof of this as well. And hes keeping the amp.  So not only am I out $349.99, Im out the amp I paid for. And im out the $40 I spent to ship them the amp.  This is unfair and uncalled for.

He has done nothing but give excuses after excuses as well as his repair company has stalled on shipping the item.

Upon needing I can provide proof of all of this via text and FB messenger.

 so they never heard of me. Weird I mean after 20 years you'd think they know everyone. I guess since I still have paycheck stubs from them I could post them but why. Your stumbling. First I was scamming people selling your product. And then that lie didn't work now it's stereo king oh btw on 82nd age in clackamas Oregon accrossed from magnolia high fi next to the shell. Not bad for someone who was never there and on the opposite coast now anyhow after 20 years ago they hadn't heard of me. That's the best you got. And yes without a doubt you did resolve it. After calling me a lier like now. Saying I had no clue what in was doing and 4 months. But then as I stayed and proved I didn't know what I was doing. You and your people were the frauds. And finally got the amp And don't call me a fraud when your repackaging Korean amps and acting like they are yours. And have the exact company who does skar audio. Just stick with the truth. No need to make stuff up. Makes you look even more petty

 Stay away from this person. He claims to be a former manager at Stereo King. Guess what, they've never heard of him. This situation with person has been resolved. Evidently he still has issues with the truth. It is what is and I've walked away from this scammer.

 so your saying ppl were coming to you in south Dakota asking you were there stuff was from me in Georgia. When I don't even sell products. If I did sell products I would have put something else in my truck instead of your crap. Which I never did put in my truck. I provided proof I was scammed and screwed over and it took how long for you to admit it and replace my item? Now your saying I sold your product and ppl came to you asking about where there stuff is. But don't you have a local guy named Michael who is your seller locally. Nice try Brilliant effort Just stick with the truth. Less you need to remember later Plus this was done how long ago and your saying I'm a scammer. I'm such a scammer I had to come here to get what I paid for but as you say it I'm a distributor of your product so if I had a faulty unit wouldn't I had just grabbed another since I sold all your stuff. Come on bud. You bought the same products as skar repackaged then under your name then tried to blame me for your so called repair shop for failing to repair it. To me to finally send it to you and guess what it was bad like I said it was the whole time. But whole time I was out of money out of product but you provided excuses like water. Then had your cronies back your play. But after they found out in was right apologized to me and told me some stuff I haven't even brought to light. Have a nice day Buyer. Beware

This character is a known scammer and fraudulent individual. I have all the FB Messages to prove it and other people have come forward asking me where their equipmet was that they bought from Mike. He took their money and left them hanging as I never recieved any orders from him. 

But after recieving his non working amplifier I replaced it with a confirmed working unit and have not heard from him since. So this is a closed deal and the customer is happy!
