Breaching contracts on multiple areas on a film: Failed to properly credit the director and producers on the film. Failed to pay the final crew costs (about 10K) and union/guild costs, failed to pay for a location fee. Slandered producers/director with online postings on social media and in public. Doing media publicity and representing himself as the "director" and producer.
Hijacked intellectual property. Sent producer threatening texts, calling the female producer "a stupid b***h", also breached an actor's contract, who is repped by AA, after multiple warnings by producers. In addition, he has a known history with other production companies to write out fake checks. I am posting this warn filmmakers: you know the type here--stay far far away.
