Tara Zolnai Tara Avon did not pay sixteen (16) months house rent from March 2020 till June 2021 Mississauga ONTARIO

She stopped paying me the montly rent ($2450) from March 2020 for the house rented out to her. I filed her eviction with Landord Tenant Board of Ontario (LTB), Canada in April 2020. LTB scheduled two online hearings and issued her eviction/rent repayment order on Jan 13,2021. At the time of issuance of the court order she owed me eleven (11) months rent.

Since Ontario goverment enforced series of eviction bans due to Covid-19, she could not be evicted till June 14,2021 thus owing me almost $40,000 for 16 months unpaid rent and unpaid water bills. After her eviction, I am still waiting for skip tracer's output to have new address of the evicted tenant so that I could enforce the recovery of the money she owes me, through small claim court or Superior court of Ontario.  

I am not her first victime landlord but 6th in last 10 years. I have tabulated her rental fraud history based on the record I received form Tribunals of Ontario. I will attach her tablulated fraud history with this report.
