Taurus Gun Store is a gun dealer that claims to have in-stock and sell a variety of Taurus guns. I was looking for a Taurus PT 22 22LR handgun and every dealer I found was sold out. But, then I ran across Taurus Gun Store online, which claimed to have them in stock and offered free delivery for $199. This was more than other dealers, but other dealers were out of stock.

I felt it was fishy because the only means of contacting them was an email address, but the site looks official and it was Taurus Gun Store. Taurus is a legitimate brand and they had a variety of Taurus stock, so I gambled and placed the order. I hesitated a few days when they sent me a Zelle email address to pay for the merchandise. I talked to a friend about it saying that was unusual, but HE said it may be a private dealer and working with minimal overhead.

I thought a little longer about the purchase, then send me an email asking if I still wanted the gun.  I did so, I made the purchase even though my gut told me not to do it.  That was over a month ago and I have got nothing by the run around from the fantom email address. 

First, the payment was still processing, when I know Zelle is instant.

Then, the payment was complete, and they were sending it.

Then, they could not find my order.

Then they said all orders were sent.

Then they said there was an issue with all deliveries from the vendor.

Now, the contact us page on the site does not work and there is no response from the email address. In my last email, I asked for a refund. I know I will not get it and it is only 200 bucks, but it is the principle of the matter.  I hate being scammed. T

It is a fraud and a rip-off.

My Order was #2346 and I still do not have it.
