Now Tory Johnson has eliminated the link from both her websites, as has retirementjobs.com.  Props to them. (((Redacted))) refuses to remove it though, I wonder what nature of her profit is?

You specifically work there, and work there hard, as a contract laboreer.  They DEMAND 8+ hrs a day for this, in spite of the fact that they refuse to pay for those hrs.  So, in essence, all the new people provide data that is scrubbed FOR FREE which is handed off to a handful of long term employees who make the good money that is advertised.  The catch is that as a newb you will never receive this benefit.  All the time, money and effort you pour into building a pipeline is taken away through firing you or forcing you to quit by lack of pay and abusive meetings (teleconference).

When you go to work there they tell you you will set 1 appt per 50 phone calls (4 per day, 28/wk).  Later, when I inquired as to the lack of production towards my checking account, they back pedaled on the original estimates.  It is more like 1 appt per every 135-150 calls.  At 25 calls an hour you can see how getting to the required 20 appts per week is a bit of a daunting challenge.  Now with the scrubbed data, things seem to be much smoother.  A new hire will never see that.  New hires are used to scrub data then discarded like yesterday's refuse.

If you are a former employee (and I use this term loosely) I encourage you to file your own ripoff report.  It is one good way to help others avoid our pratfalls!
