Terry Moving & Storage DID "MARK TERRY AND HIS ATTORNEY" REALLY SEND THESE TWO FELONIOUS EMPLOYEE/GOONS TO HARASS & INTIMIDATE THIS AUTHOR'S ELDERLY MOTHER INTO REVEALING THIS AUTHOR'S PRIVATE HOME ADDRESS?!!?? Lake Forest, California

(The following is only a BRIEF description of some of the events of November 19, 2009.)  On Thursday, 11/19/09, this author left her home in Orange County to visit her 73-year old mother in San Bernardino County.  She is very ill with advanced emphysema and has recently survived a heart attack and open heart surgery.  Unfortunately, just a few blocks from my home my vehicle's tire went flat and I had to call for a tow truck, have the tire changed, etc.  I arrived at my mother's home, located within a private, resident-owned community, later than expected that morning to find her in an overly-excited state.  She stated a male, unknown to her, had come to her home and asked for me.  He identified himself as "JB" and told her he "wanted to talk to her daughter about "something she put on the computer about me"." 

She became suspicious of his "nervous behavior and actions" and the fact that he wasn't leaving any contact information for himself (phone number, business card, etc.)  She advised him I did not reside at the property, that she did not want to be involved by him with any personal dispute he may have with her daughter, and that he was to leave the property and not return.  I informed her this man was a dangerous convicted felon and that if he should trespass and return to harass her in any manner, she should immediately call the police.  I also relocated my vehicle from her private driveway to the back of the resident-owned association/complex property, in case this "JB" returned, I did not want him aggravating my mother's heart condition or upsetting her further.  We then went to the back of her home so I could assist her with activating the voice mail system for her new cell phone.  About 5 - 10 minutes later, a male voice began screaming at the top of his lungs at my elderly mother:  "We found her car, lady!  And, I can hear her talking to you in there!  You'd better send her out!  We know she's in there with you!" 

My mother appeared extremely frightened.  I told her to stay in her room.  I went out into her den and found this "JB" on her porch.  He had by-passed her front door and had was standing in front of an open slider window, peering into her den through the screen door of same.  I confronted this man and asked him what he thought he was doing assaulting and harassing a 73-year old, sick, elderly woman?!?!!  I told him she had advised me of his first visit and that he was now criminally trespassing and was to leave immediately or the police would be called to remove him.  He refused to leave, continued screaming at the top of his lungs, and demanding to know why I "exposed his felony conviction on a web site that his boss could see?"  I informed him his conviction was public information and I had the right, as a California consumer, under both Federal and State Constitutional protections, to do so. 

I again demanded he immediately leave the property.  He began screaming at another man in a silver truck, parked in front of my mother's home.  Out of this truck popped "Joseph Lancisero."  These two goons then both began screaming that they had "found your car and taken photos of it "for Mark Terry and his attorney.""  Concerned for my vehicle's safety, I grabbed my keys and headed out of the house onto my mother's porch, to retrieve my car and bring it back to my mother's driveway.  "JB" attempted to block my exit from the porch by "barrel-chesting" me, while screaming at "Joseph Lancisero" to "get her picture for the attorney."  Mr. Lancisero was seen exiting the silver truck and taking photos of my mother's private residence/home, property, guests/family members.  Upon returning with my car, it appeared these two goons had fled to avoid immediate arrest.  I entered my mother's home to find her pale, shaking and having difficulty breathing.  I attempted to help her to her bedroom, but she collapsed to her knees. 

I immediately administered medical aid, nitroglycerin and oxygen.  These felons/goons' criminal/civil trespass upon the resident-owned, private community (also properly posted as such with "No Trespassing" signs at the only entrance/exit) was witnessed by 4 resident-owner/witnesses, 1 guest/witness, 2 independent contractor employee witnesses.  The inspection/photographing of this author's vehicle was witnessed by 2 independent contractor employee witnesses; the stalking, surveillance of, eavesdropping of my mother's private home was witnessed by 4 resident-owner/witnesses and 1 guest/witness; the verbal assaults and physical assault upon this author by "JB" was witnessed by 1 owner-resident/witness and 1 guest/witness.  These witnesses approached this author after the fact and freely and voluntarily provided their names and contact information for any and all future legal action against not only these two convicted felons/employee goons of Terry Moving and Storage, but action against "Mark Terry and his attorney" who these goons freely (and loudly) admitted they were there acting on behalf of and at the instruction of. 

The myriad of criminal and civil causes of action my poor elderly mother has against these two goons, "Mark Terry and his attorney" are too numerous to list fully herein, but include civil/criminal trespass, violation of my mother's rights to privacy (it is unlawful to trespass onto private property, spy into someone's home, eaves drop, photograph her private home/property/family members/guests), etc.   I am informed that I also will have a myriad of causes of action against these individuals, due to the emotional distress suffered watching my elderly mother abused in such a manner and witnessing her subsequent collapse due solely to the actions of these goons and "Mark Terry and his attorney." I do hope "Mark Terry" and/or "Terry Moving & Storage" has plenty of liability insurance!  As soon as my mother is fully recovered, she will be interviewing with some of the top plaintiff civil litigation attorneys in California.  I will keep you consumers updated!  In the mean time, I again ask you:  Are these the types of individuals you want to do business with?  Do you want these individuals anywhere near your home, children?  Should you have a complaint about an employee's attitude, or a broken item, etc., who might they send to your home/family members in an attempt to intimidate/silence you?!!!
